Interested in Voluntary Weather Reporting?
RakanMet Web API
Met Malaysia recently has launched an interesting portal for the voluntary weather reporting portal called RakanMet.
Once you login to their portal, you will be able to see the map and reported weather conditions, pictures by the voluntary user, for example, the below main page show the weather reporting of the Klang Valley.
Registered user can perform the weather reporting by clicking on the blue “+” button on the lower left. And it will bring up a reporting form as shown below
You can view the weather report form the user on the right panel that looks like the social media box.
