SECTION A : HEAVY RAIN ADVISORY ( YELLOW STAGE)

Intermittent rain occasionally moderate is expected to occur over states of Terengganu (Dungun and Kemaman Districts), Pahang (Kuantan, Pekan and Rompin Districts) and Johore (Segamat and Mersing Districts) from Wednesday, 18 December 2013 until Friday, 20 December 2013.

This condition may cause floods over low-lying areas.

SECTION B : THUNDERSTORM AND HEAVY RAIN WARNING

Thunderstorms and heavy rain occurring over states of Kedah (Kubang Pasu, Padang Terap, Pokok Sena, Kota Setar, Yan and Pendang Districts), Perak (Kuala Kangsar, Kinta, Kampar, Perak Tengah, Hilir Perak and Batang Padang Districts), N. Sembilan (Jelebu and Jempol Districts), Pahang (Cameron Highlands, Lipis, Raub and Jerantut Districts) and Sarawak : Divisions of Miri (Marudi District) and Bintulu is expected to persist until Sunday late night, 15 December 2013.

The same weather condition is expected to occur over states of Kedah (Kuala Muda, Sik and Baling Districts), Selangor (Hulu Selangor, Gombak and Hulu Langat Districts), Pahang (Bentong District), Sabah : Labuan FT; and Sarawak : Division of Miri (Miri District).

These conditions may cause strong winds.
